A selection of five common vegetables in a mix of uncommon colours. Great for adding colour to your garden and interest to you plate. Easy and fun to grow. All varieties are non-hybrid and non-GMO.   • 1 x Carrot- Rainbow Mix (Daucus carota)

    Long thin carrots in a mixture of vibrant fun of colours including red, orange, white, yellow and purple. Great for adding colour to salads and other meals. Fun to grow with kids.

    Life Cycle: Half hardy Biennial (usually grown as an annual)
    Plant Height:
    Position: Full sun, well drained soil

  • 1 x Cauliflower- Purple Sicily (Brassica oleracea botrytis)

    Large purple flower heads to 1.2kg. Purple cauliflowers are easier to grow than white varieties. Colour fades when cooked. 190 days to maturity.

    Life Cycle: Hardy Biennial (usually grown as an annual)
    Plant Height:
    Position: Full sun, moist soil

  • 1 x Radish- Easter Egg (Raphanus sativus)

    A colourful mix of small round radishes. All have a white interior with a mild flavour; ideal for salads or as a garnish. Radishes remain mild and crisp even when large.

    Life Cycle: Hardy Annual
    Plant Height:
    Position: Full sun, well drained soil

  • 1 x Silverbeet- Rainbow Chard (Beta vulgaris)

    Biennial normally grown as an annual, growing to 60cm. Stems in a mix of colours including golden yellow, light pink, white and crimson red. Very attractive. Silver beet is also known as "Swiss Chard" and is often confused with "Spinach".

    Plant Height:
    Position: Full sun, moist well drained soil

  • 1 x Beetroot- Chioggia (Beta vulgaris)

    Very attractive beets with pink/red and white alternating rings. Extra sweet flavour. Looks great in salads. Good for boiling, pickling and baking. Sometimes called "Candystripe beet".
