User error?

19 February 2019
This is the first thing I've gotten from the seed collection that's had a devastatingly low germination rate, and what did germinate hasn't really taken off.. I'm putting it down to user error and a far too hot of a summer and will try again when it starts to cool off

Definitely a favourite!

This silverbeet is amazing. Not only was it planted last spring and is still going strong (been eating it all year), the colours look fantastic in the garden and very impressive on the dinner plate when you pick a good mix of coloured leaves. Tastes great just steamed and works well in stir frys and my fave is sauteed in garlic olive oil with an egg broken through! Yum!
