A succulent, clump-forming perennial growing to 20cm (excluding flower spikes) with a neat cluster of thick, fleshy dark green leaves with soft white spines. Plants produce tall spikes of red flowers that attract honey eating birds and beneficial insects. Flowers are long-lasting and bloom in winter. These small plants are an excellent choice for containers, or plant individually or on mass in garden beds and borders in very well drained soil.
Ornamental aloes are long-lived perennials that produce flower spikes over a long flowering period, mainly in autumn, winter and spring. The clumps of upright leaves look attractive year-round. Plants are low maintenance, heat and drought tolerant. The Aloe Aloe range of aloes has been bred for adaptability to garden conditions, prolific flowering over a long period, and for flowering as young plants.
Note: bare-rooted plants or 'pups' vary in size and stages of root development.

Very small plant. Id only recommend buying if you are after this specific plant as you will get a far larger flowering Aloe at your local hardware store.
