We are looking for a well organised, positive and energetic person to join our small team in Knoxfield Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for a keen learner with a strong work ethic. The position will encompass a variety of different roles within the company so flexibility is essential.
Location: Knoxfield Victoria
Hours: Full time, 38 per week
$25 per hour + super
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Order management
- Customer service
- General administration duties
Answering & resolving customer queries & issues - email, phone, etc
Taking orders - quotes, orders, payments, etc
Managing order processing and dispatch- including order prioritisation and liaising with warehouse and packing staff
Administering order refunds, returns, adjustments, etc.
Inventory - stock adjustments, stock take, ordering stock, ordering supplies, etc.
- Order picking and packing
- Basic machine operation
General administration duties
Being a small business you will also be required to help in other areas as required. This may include:
- Manual process work
- Website maintenance
- Data entry
- Social media management
- General office/warehouse/housekeeping duties
Skills and experience
Proven experience in a similar role is favourable but not essential. The following skills however are non negiotable:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
A hunger to work efficiently and effectively in all tasks
Flexibility and enthusiasm
Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail
Have the ability to problem solve and use your own initiative
Reliability and Punctuality
Excellent computer literacy; ability to learn new software quickly is essential
Excellent communication and written English skills.
Experience in gardening would be a huge plus but is not essential.
