Large pale green heads with attractive spiraling pattern that grow to 20cm. Very tender and excellent flavour. Does best in cooler weather. This variety is often eaten raw and is very attractive in salads but can also be cooked with only a small loss of flavour.

These did not germinateBy: customer review from 7/06/2014 on 22 March 2016I tried everything to try and get these seeds to germinate. Paper towel method, sowed them in peat moss, in jiffy pellets and straight into the soil - none of them have worked to date. it's been 3 months.
