All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Knoxfield, Victoria, Australia.
Shippings costs vary depending on the delivery address, products ordered and delivery method. Please see table below or use the shipping calculators throughout this website.

We'll use the most economical method to deliver your order. Delivery times vary but are generally from 2-6 business days.

- Orders to Western Australia and Tasmania may be subject to additional delays due to inspections by Quarantine.
- Dispatch and delivery times on this page are estimates only, we cannot guarantee delivery times as these can change for reasons which are beyond our control. We will not be liable for late deliveries or any loss, damage or cost incurred due to late delivery.
We will replace any orders that are lost or damaged in transit however we will not replace or refund orders simply because they were delivered later than estimated. The table below documents at what time we will consider an order missing for each delivery method:

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and bank deposit.
Our bank details will be made available to you through the checkout process and also in your invoice. It is important you use your order number as the transaction description so we can identify your payment. Payment must be received within 10 business days, if a payment has not been received after 10 business days and you have not contacted us we may cancel your order. Orders paid via bank deposit will only be processed after payment has been received (this can take 3 or more business days depending on your bank).
Our shopping cart is secured using industry standard protection. Credit card payments are made through a PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) compliant payment gateway with 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption to ensure the safety of your personal details.
We do not store credit card information; we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
