How to sow and grow:

Method: Raise seedlings
Sowing Depth: 5mm
When: Spring
Row Spacing: 80cm
Position: Part sun, moist soil
Plant Spacing: 30cm
Hardiness: Hardy
Days to Maturity/flowering: 120 days
Care: Best harvested at around 10-12cm. Side shoots should be removed to encourage larger roots. Susceptible to leaf-spot.
