Soak Chickpeas for 8 hours, drain all excess water and rinse seed. Rinse seed twice a day for three days until small sprouts begin to shoot. Sprouted Chickpeas have a pleasant nutty flavour. Sprouts are used raw and cooked; ideal for sandwiches, salads. Also called "Garbanzo beans".
Sprouts are ready in around 2-3 days.
