Perennial (usually grown as an annual in cool climates). Plants have an upright open habit and can reach up to 120cm tall. Producing medium sized tapered bumpy wrinkled chocolate coloured fruit with an intense heat and smokey flavour. Fruit starts out green and ripens to deep chocolate red. This is one of the hottest chilli peppers in the world and very productive in warmer climates.
