Very productive medium sized plants that produce long thick fleshed green chillies growing to 17cm and maturing to bright red. Great flavour with mild to medium heat. Can be eaten raw or cooked. Good for salads, salsas, roasting, grilling and stuffing. This variety was developed from the similar 'New Mexico 6-4' variety. 1000-2000 scoville units.
