Sprouting Seeds- Linseed ORGANIC
- Also know as "Flax Seed"
- High in omega 3 and amino acids
Linseed sprouts are best grown in seedling tray or with a damp paper-towel base as they are mucilaginous (seeds absorb the water and create a jelly-like substance) which makes them unsuitable for jar sprouting as they do not require draining and rinsing. Keep sprouts moist by misting whilst they are growing and do not allow to dry out. These sprouts have a subtle nutty flavour and are high in omega 3 and amino acids. Sprouts are used raw; ideal for sandwiches and salads.
Sprouts are ready in around 10-14 days.
Keep out of direct sunlight.

Sprouting Seeds- Linseed ORGANICSprouting Seeds- LAs per instructions on the packet I tried sprouting these in a jar. They are so slimy I checked back on your site and the" Description" says NOT to put in a jar etc , while your "How to grow" segment says put in a jar! confusing.
