Soak Oats for 6 hours, drain all excess water and rinse seed. Rinse seed twice a day for three days until small sprouts begin to shoot. Sprouted Oats have a mild sweet nutty flavour. Sprouts are used raw and cooked; ideal for sandwiches, salads. Sprouted Oats can also be dried and used in bread making.
Sprouts are ready in around 2-3 days.
