Perennial growing to 60cm. Australian native plant with strappy grass-like foliage and striking purple triangular three-petalled flowers held on long stems above foliage. This hardy plant flowers from spring through summer and is tolerant of coastal locations, drought and poor soil conditions. Loves dry warm climates, full sun and sandy soils. Great for rockeries and attracting beneficial insects. Also known as "Koma" or "Komma" or "Native Iris".
