Very popular Italian heirloom variety.  Long green bull horn shaped fruit up to 25cm that mature to bright yellow.  Thin skin and thick flesh with a deliciously sweet but slightly pungent flavour.  High yielding.  Can be eaten raw or cooked, ideal for roasting, frying grilling, stuffing and salads. Also known as 'Horn of the Bull' and 'Corne de Taureau'.

Capsicum is also known as "Sweet Pepper".


How to sow and grow:

Method: Sow direct or raise seedlings
Sowing Depth: 5mm
When: Spring or after frost in cool climates, anytime in warm climates
Row Spacing: 100cm
Position: Full sun, moist well drained soil
Plant Spacing: 50cm
Hardiness: Frost tender
Days to Maturity/flowering: 80-100 days
Care: Some plants may need staking. Pick regularly to encourage more fruit. Water regularly. Protect from aphids and mildews.
