Ratings & Reviews
Cucumber- Giant RussianWe have grown these in large pots in full sun using 250 - 300 mm 1.8M cylinders for a climbing trellis which they handle very well. need to be fertilized regularly and water well but ensure drainage is good. Te fruit may not reach the full size in pots even in full Adelaide sun although 200mm can be attained. They are very good in salads and as a snack if peeled to remove mild small prickles. We like them as much as Redlands .
