TheSeedCollection Response
It can be eaten raw or cooked. Steamed, fried, grated, salads, stews, soup. It's from the same family as cabbage, turnip, etc, you can use it in a similar way you would use any of these.
Great germination
29 September 2018Wonderful germination rate and the flavour is great!

Great flavour
By: customer review from 29/09/2015 on 20 March 2016Great flavour. Leaves can be harvested and used in stir fries or anything you would use cabbage in as the flavour is very similar.
