Hardy perennial growing to 40cm. Compact variety with silvery grey foliage and attractive fragrant lavender blue flowers. Good for borders. Lovely sweet fragrance. Attracts bees and butterflies.

How to sow and grow:

Method: Raise seedlings
Sowing Depth: 5mm
When: Spring, summer and early autumn
Position: Full sun, moist well drained soil
Plant Spacing: 80cm
Hardiness: Hardy
Plant Height: 40cm
Days to Maturity/flowering: 356 days
Care: If growing for drying cut buds just before flowering. Can be difficult to germinate. May need cold stratification. Deadhead after flowering. Cut back to promote bushier habit.

No lavender for me

Was so looking forward to growing some lovely lavender, none of the seeds germinated. Might try again
