Annual grown for its large attractive slightly savoyed leaves that are red/maroon in colour with green ribs. Strong flavour that is ideal for adding flavour and colour to salads. Leaves are used fresh as a salad green or cooked as a leaf vegetable. Good variety for baby leaves and microgreens. Fast growing. Heavy producing. Can be used as a green manure. Is occasionally grown as an ornamental.

Fantastic! I've found them popping up all over my garden and they seem to be very strong. The only leafy green that hasn't succumbed to snug and snails!

Very easy to grow and maintain! I’ve been cutting my red mustard leaves nearly every week. Love the colour and the taste.
