Annual vegetable growing to 25cm. A unique plant that produces rosettes of unique long green leaves. Leaves have a juicy and crunchy texture and nutty flavour. Plants are most commonly used as a salad green. Dislikes hot weather. Produces well in cold weather. Easy to grow. Very popular in Italy. Also known as Erba Stella and Buckhorn's Plaintain.
