Corn, Maize- Blue Mini Popcorn
- Small blue coloured cobs
- Great for popping
Popular variety for growing for use as popcorn. Small plants reaching 1-1.2m in height producing multiple cobs per plant. Cobs are between 5-10cm long and covered in small blue kernels.
Corn cobs need to remain on the plant until the husks are completely dry before harvesting. This is important to allow the corn to develop the coloured kernels. Once harvested the husks should be removed and cobs need to be air-dried for a week or two prior to being popped.
*Cobs may have some red and cream coloured kernals
