Corn, Sweet- Anasazi

Very old multi-coloured American heirloom variety. Tall plants growing to 200cm that usually produce 2 cobs each. Cobs are of good size with sweet flavour. Corn kernels start off mostly yellow with some random white (best picked at this stage for eating) but if left to dry will change to varying and random mixes of yellow, white, blue and red kernels.
