Annual to 30cm. Tuscan kale variety particularly suited to baby leaf production but can be grown to full size. Tender dark green spoon shaped leaves with a mild sweet flavour. Best harvested when leaves are around 10cm tall. Great for cut and come again harvesting. Extremely hardy and productive variety with a short compact habit. Can be eaten raw or cooked. Tuscan kale is also known as "Cavolo Nero", "Black Cabbage" or "Wild Cabbage".
