    Note: This is not true Wasabi (Wasabi japonica). This is a mustard variety named after the Japanese plant. This variety is most commonly used for baby leaf production. Leaves have a pungent mustard flavour and are great for adding to salads, sandwiches, cooked dishes or as a garnish. Easy and quick to grow.

    Large globe shaped roots; white with purple tops. Sweet and mild flavour. Can be eaten raw or cooked. Good in salads, stews, soups and as a cooked vegetable. Very popular variety.
