Great variety for sprouting, microgreens and babyleaf. Vibrant red colour with a mildly acidic flavour. Colour is more prominent at sprout and microgreen stage, however plants can be grown to maturity. Excellent addition to fresh salads or used as a garnish. Can be cooked like spinach or eaten fresh. Harvest whole plant at 30cm high, or harvest leaves as required. Also known as "Mountain Spinach" and "French Spinach".
*Small percentage of green plants may occur.
