Compressed coir coconut fibre block. Coconut pith fibre makes an ideal seed raising and growing medium due to its excellent water holding capability. Weed free, 100% vegetable based, organic and fully biodegradable palm peat. This is the perfect natural, renewable and sustainable medium for growing cuttings, seed raising, microgreens, growing wheat and barley grass and also perfect for hydroponic use or worm farm bedding. This compressed block expands to make 65-75 litres.
