Extremely hot variety that originates from the Caribbean Islands. Plants grow to around 50cm and produce green, bonnet shaped fruit, that change colour to bright red when mature. Sweet flavour with extreme heat, rated at around 200,000 - 325,000 Scoville units. Most commonly used to make sauces and flavour meals. Related to the Habanero. Also known as 'Caribbean Red' and 'Bonney Pepper'.
