Heirloom variety from Thailand. Perennial grown as an annual in cool climates. Long lime green fruit growing to 25cm. Very tender with mild flavour. Prolific cropping variety. Also known as "Aubergine". Commonly used in stews, sauces, baked, fried, stuffed and grilled.
