Annual herb with lemon scented grey/green leaves and spikes of long lasting blue flowers which resemble a dragon's head in shape. Leaves and young shoots can be used fresh or dried to make tea and keep their lemon fragrance when dried. Leaves have a strong lemon taste and make a great substitute for fresh lemons or lemon balm. Has a history of medicinal use and often cultivated for extracting essential oil. Great for attracting bees. Also known as "Moldavian Balm".
