How to Harvest

Cut or pick pods from the plant; spread out on a screen to dry until seeds are hard. Shell seeds from individual pods by hand or place multiple pods into a sack and gently tread on them to release the seeds.

Screen or winnow to remove remaining stalks and chaff if required.
