|When to Harvest||When seed pods (siliques) are dry and change colour from green to tan. Mature seeds are light tan to dark brown.|
|How to Harvest||
Cut stalks with seed pods over a container or drop cloth to catch any seeds that are released. Spread seed pods on a cloth and leave to dry for 1-5 days. Rub seed pods between hands to break them open and release the seeds.

Screen or winnow to remove remaining stalks and chaff.
