When to Harvest When seed pods (siliques) are dry and change colour from green to tan. Mature seeds are light tan to dark brown.
How to Harvest

Cut stalks with seed pods over a container or drop cloth to catch any seeds that are released. Spread seed pods on a cloth and leave to dry for 1-5 days. Rub seed pods between hands to break them open and release the seeds.

How to Clean

Screen or winnow to remove remaining stalks and chaff.
