Tomato- Yellow StufferTomato- Yellow StufferTomato

I have grown this tomato for a few seasons now and have had great success with it, from germination rate all the way through to fruiting. It has also been one of my most productive plants and I will often dice up the tomatoes and freeze when I get to the point of having an overload of them. The tomatoes themselves have a good flavour and are excellent for stuffing and sit really nice in a baking dish due to their square shape. One thing I have found with this tomato is that it has a thicker skin and therefore is not bothered by pests as much as some of the others. The only time I have ever had a problem was when we had days of heavy rain and I had a lot of fruit split on many of the varieties that year. I removed the damaged fruit and this plant continued to reward me with quite a few more kilos of tomatoes.
